Shipping PROCESS AND locations

We ship worldwide excluding locations that are limited by our international couriers. We ship via Australia Post Express Service. Once the parcel has arrived in your destination country, the parcel is handled by your country's respective national postal service. For example, this would be USPS for the USA, Royal Mail / Parcel Force for the UK, and La Poste for France. For more remote regions and countries, DHL may be used to deliver the parcels to you. Once the parcel has been dispatched by Zergotech, we have no control over the delivery process. We cannot accept orders from, and cannot ship to, internationally sanctioned countries such as North Korea, Iran, Syria and others. We will only ship to physical locations, and not to letter mail Post Office boxes.


Rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on location and weight.
Shipping rates to Australia and New Zealand will be charged domestic rates determined by weight.
All other countries will be charged international rates determined by weight.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country's government. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Zergotech has no control over these charges, nor can Zergotech predict what they may be.Customs policies vary widely and you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Should you refuse to make payment upon delivery of your purchase because of these duties and taxes, the parcel will be returned to Zergotech. The cost of shipping to your door for the purchase of the products is non-refundable. 


Zergotech offers a 60 day money back guarantee on purchases of the Zergotech Freedom Ergonomic Keyboard. Should you decide to return the product within this 60 day window, shipping of the product will be back to our head office based in Sydney Australia. We do not have a specified return carrier or route, with the only requirement being the parcel be a tracked delivery via registered post to confirm postage and delivery of the product. 
Please note - Shipping costs will vary and depend on many factors such as size, weight, and distance, and may be costly. Please check with your preferred delivery courier for quotes. 


In the rare event that you do not receive a delivery from us, the below steps will be taken to try and locate the parcel:
Zergotech will check and confirm with you the details entered into our system, check and confirm with you the address that we shipped to, and contact Australia Post, or delivery service used, to check if the parcel left the country and arrived in the destination country. If the parcel is confirmed to have arrived in the destination country, the customer will  contact the relevant national postal service (e.g. USPS for the USA), and create an investigation or search request, providing the investigation/search request ID number to Zergotech.
Should the parcel be unable to be retrieved, and only after following the above steps, Zergotech will provide the customer the choice of a refund or send another parcel free of shipping charges.
